Hello, I have a rash on the sides of my face (where my side burns are and my cheeks) and there almost symmetrical, I'v had it for a couple years. Theres no bumps its just smooth red skin. What could this be?

Does it itch? I had a horrible itchy rash inside my elbows for years before I found out it was eczema.

No it doesnt ich at all its just a red rash and if i work out hard at the gym it gets really red and warm.
