I am worried about a rash that I have on my scrotum and it is spreading to my penis. My skin looks cracked and very red scaley, and it itches and burns. Now i think it has spread to the upper left shaft of my penis which looks like red dots. I don't know if this is a fungus, yeast infection, or even herpes, the last time I had sex was a month ago so if anyone could help me with this please respond, and i am going to the doctors asap. Until then I need to see what this may possibaly be.
