I have been a member for about 4 or 5 years, started on the cholesterol board, then went to the BP board. Nowhere else have I found such helpful and informative folks. Most days I do very well, but when I have days where I am looking for an answer, or even support, someone is always there.

Congrats. on keeping up with these boards, as there are many, many folks like myself who rely on them even if just for moral support and someone to listen to you. Keep up the great work, it is very much appreciated. :wave:
