Does anyone experience this sensation on a monthly basis. I do for most of the months and I was wondering if this was part of menopause.

I have this problem too.I am postmenopausal and I have it quite often. Don't know why. Urine was checked and it was okay.

Lady50 - what do you do when this happens? It is sooooo miserable.

This might seem silly but when I can I soak in a tub of water with a little mineral oil in it.
Have you ever heard of cystitis. I think that is wha mine is. I think it is from the tissues(down there) getting thinner or something. Will have to look it up again.
I know it can be a real pain in the ____
The only other time I did that is when I had Graves disease and it would burn when I went to the bathroom. My endo said it was the calcium going right out of my urine.
That can cause osteoporosis pretty fast.
