Hello. I've been reading the message boards for quite some time now and finally registered today. It's nice to know that others are feeling the same way I am and that there is a light at the end of this tunnel, although I'm 38 and I have a lot of tunnel ahead of me.

:wave: hello.i only found these boards last week and it is good to know that there are others,like us,who need a bit of support now and again.I am only 32 but i feel as if my body is going on 65!
