today my poo is green. should i be worried? what might cause this?

Sometimes food colouring can make it green. I know that if I eat or drink something with blue food colouring in it my poo will be green.

Yes, eating purple, blue or very high iron green veggies (spinach) can have this effect.

Licorice or any dark green salad and blue dye as found in frosting mix.
