It could be a cyst.

If It Were A Cyst How Would They Check For Something Like That?

Hi,

I read your post and I thought, OMG, somebody with the same symptoms!
I read a LEEP in two spots for CIN-1 three weeks ago and now I feel this pain specially on my left side near the hip. Sometimes on the right side but most on the right. I was wondering if something is wrong with my ovaries. I did some research on the internet and found that problems after LEEP can be related to adhesions, which I believe might be pieces of blood that get stuck on your pelvic area. I am not sure if this is the case, but it is good to check because if this is the case, it is serious and can cause PID and infertility. You should check with your doctor soon. I am just waiting my period to end so I can call my doc, now he is going to say...oh, it is the period, but I now that I never had this kind of pain before, It is very near the hips, right?

Yes It Is Right Along The Hip And In Ward Towards My Belly And Down Its Like The Whole Left Side Of The Abdomen.. Last Night I Was In So Much Pain I Thought My Side Was Going To Blow Up.. Then I Felt Somethings Either Move Of Pop - It Made Me Double Over.. But The Pain Today Is More Like Ive Been Bruised Than Major Hurt Like Has Been.... Thanks So Much For Your Reply I Will Look At The Sites.. Let Me Know What Is Going On With You

That is so weird because after I had my leep about 3 years ago I started having pain on my left side. It was a throbbing pain. I thought it might have been related to the leep but the doctor said no. I still think it was somehow. I ended up having a cyst on the left side and the right side and my intestine was adhered to my uterus with adhesions. I had a laparoscopy to take care of it but I still had a problem after about 6 months and now take birth control pills continuous to stop my periods and stop cysts from forming. They say I had endometriosis. It just seemed so weird that I never had that problem my whole life and I am 34 and then right after my leep it started.

It Has Almost Been 2 Months After My Leep And All The Syptoms I Had When I Went To The Dr To See What Was Wrong The First Time Has Come Back.. But The Pain In The Pelvic Area Is Worse Than Was Before... When I Talked To The Gyn After My Leep Results Came Back She Said When I Had My 3 Month Pap If It Came Back Abnormal She Was Going To Do A Hysterectomy.. I M Just Thinking There Is Something She Wasnt Telling Me At The Time And The Pain Is Result Of It.. I Dont Know .. I Just Do Know Im Tired Of Hurting All The Time.

Hey ... I have had occasional shooting pains on the right side of my pelvic area, and that was only after a colposcopy.. i'm going to have a leep soon , do you think it will get worse, did you have pains before your leep???

My Pains Is Why I Went To The Dr. All The Sites Say That Cervical Dysplasia Has No Symptoms No Pain No Nothing.. Im Not Sure I Completely Agree With It. And Every Person Is Different In My Case I Think I Am Super Sensitive And That Is Why I Am Having These Pains.. I Can Say If It Will Get Worse Or Better For You. Sorry.... But If You Need The Leep You Ought To Get It Done - There Are So Many People On Here That Has Gotten It Done And Hasnt Had Any Problems. Hope That Helps

I have pelvic pain on my left side and the pain is more painful at times then other times. It feels like it is my ovaries. I understand exactly what you experienced regarding the pain. I am not sure but I will be seeing my OB/Gyn doctor soon and see what the problem.
