I just had surgery and now I have two fresh scars. What can I do to maintain the scars and is there anything i can apply to make it less noticeable and help it heal faster? Thanks.

I have tried a product called Kelo-cote that I think has helped keep scars from forming on my skin. I believe that it can only be found on the Internet. It is a little expensive, but a little bit goes a long way.

Mederma works well.

Mederma worked wonders for my niece - took a while though. Also heard of Strivectin-D for getting rid of stretch marks which are really scars. (pricey)

I use coco butter. Works real good for all my scars. I use the coco butter stick. It goes on nice ,it melts when it gets on warm skin.
