When I am out in the sun I seem to get a heat rash on my face. It is not itchy, but the skin is bumpy, red, and some white heads. I do use sunscreen. Is this a rash?

Sounds like heat rash to me. I usually get very itchy when I get it though. Are you on any medications or creams that may interact with the sun? Is it possible that you are allergic to your sunscreen. My son used to get a rash from the sunscren I was using on him but only on his arms.
