I was just wondering if anyone subscribes to MedicAlert? You wear medical jewelry that has an ID number on it and if you should have a hypo or something anyone can just call the number on the back of your ID bracelet and they have all your information.

I was thinking about getting this and am curious if anyone else has it and your experiences. Kat

I have one. I used to have one that said " Type 1 diabetic. Insulin pump. Do NOT disconnect". The one I have now just has "Type 1 diabetic".... I have been really happy with them and have never had to use the system.

I just joined the Type 2 club and did a lot of looking into MedicAlert, looking at bracelets, etc.

I decided for myself that was all I wanted/needed ~ the tag around my neck.

Any other info I'll put on a card in my wallet.

Guess I just didn't want to pay the annual fees.
