I found the Menopause Board by doing a search of the symptoms I was experiencing. It has been such a great help to me. The members post so much good information. Some of it they like myself have researched and some is personal experience. I was having a terrible time when I came upon the board and I have been advised, encouraged and made to feel like I wasn't dying! :) The ladies on the board are like cyber-friends! :)

I thank everyone who has a part in keeping these boards up and running. I cannot say enough how much the board has helped me to cope.
