The doc removed/cauterized numerous polyps..not expecting anything beyond the usual pre-cancerous stuff. Fissures have been repaired and internal hemmies removed. :eek:
I do have several ulcers in my stomach at the duo-whatever area. This has been the reason for the slow emptying of my stomach, etc. A biopsy is being done on those, too, but nothing is expected to be out of the norm....well, as normal as ulcers can be considered.
I knew all that IB and Aspirin would get me into trouble! Dag-Nab-It. It will take time but they'll heal. I had them in the 80's when a doctor put me on 800 mg of IB for severe tendenitis in my elbows. (milking 30 cows at 4 am, going to work, and doing it all over again after work will do that, you know)

Hallelujah!! So good to hear everything turned out well for you. Hope you'll be feeling better soon. Doc didn't remove my hemorrhoids - said they weren't that bad yet. You could have fooled me judging by the amount of blood there was in the toilet! Anyway, just need a change in diet and Metamucil for now. So, now we can relax for a few years, hey? That is as soon as you can sit down again - :eek:
