Does the pills make you feel nervous or anything?

No, no nervousness. It doesn't give you energy either so you don't get jittery, its just an appetite suppressor, not a metabolism booster. The first day i got a headache but im not sure if that was from the pill or not, cause the next time i was fine. I'm still pretty satisfyed with these pills because i have a problem with eating heavily at night and ive gotten alot better at that with them.

Hey to all I'm pretty new on this board.my comment is on Zetacap.I ordered Zetacap last Friday off Ebay recvd them monday which was fast and started taking them Tuesday I have already lost 8 pounds this week alone.I've read other comments about zetacap not working My thought on that is like with anything you have to give them time and read the instructions carefully.Another thing that I learned is that It also depends on how much you weight in accordance to how many pills so say for instance if you have a big stomach then you may wanna take three or four tablets in the morning.but honestly you guys so far so good. I have about 65 pounds that i would like to loose. So wish me luck

Hi Everyone, I am new on the board and I am confused and afraid. I never took an Appetite Suppresent, but Zetacap says it is a stomach blocker. To me there is a difference. I have to loose about the same as you, 60, 65 pounds. If this is a stomach blocker, shouldn't people who have to loose 100 pounds or more be taking it. It scares me to take a stomach blocker. I read what is in this, what blocks your stomach? Ginsing doesn't, so what does? Also I have taken Ginsing pills with only one type of Ginsing in it and it made me hyper, How can this pill not make anyone hyper with three types of Ginsing in it? Aren't you afraid to block your stomach? I would like to try them but I am afraid. Please help me understand this?

I'm not sure how it works but so far i havent' had any negative side effects from it so i'm not too worried, but im sure it probably further explains the way it does this on their website.

Actually now that i think about it, at first i felt a little light headed but im not sure if that was from the pill or from not eating as much as i used to. but thats it. I'm not sure if i have lost any weight from it because i still refuse to step on the scale because i know if i do and i didn't lose anything i will get discouraged and go back to my old eating habits. i want to lost thirty lbs at least and i say this amount because i was a big time binge eater for a while and within 4months gained this weight and im finally starting to be able to control what i eat, especially being on this. i still slip sometimes but its not as bad as it used to be. ill keep you posted and if you have any more questions feel free to ask!!

Hello all. I am new here and have been doing some reading up on zetacap and was wondering if it was worth my money?

I have always been a small girl, but while I was pregnant with my daughter I gained alot of weight and have not been able to lose it. I really want to try something to help out. I have a sister in law who had the bypass surgery and I really don't want to have that done. EVER!

How safe is Zetacap?

Any responses will be helpful. Thanks

I haven't done the research on the product but I know it doesn't speed up your heart rate at all, or make you jittery. I've taken various diet pills before and this is the only one that makes me feel normal (and alot less hungry.) Its pretty pricey so i still haven't decided if its worth it yet because if you read my other posts i refuse to step on the scale for awhile so I won't become discouraged if i haven't lost much. If you already eat healthy and have no problem holding a steady diet, than I wouldn't recommend this pill. This is mostly for people that eat too much and can't controll their portions, not to speed up your metabolism. This is about week three for me and I definetly see a change in my eating habits, I'm hoping for a change in the scale too! Let me know if you give it a try and keep me posted everyone!

Thanks for your response. I may just try the trial pack first. I don't eat often now, but my problem is that when I do it is alot. I may give this a try. I need to do something.. I have read alot of the posts on here about it, and I realize alot of people are against this, but what will it hurt to try?
