I ahd a 360 ( I hate that name) 13 weeks ago for l4-5 level. The first week you think what have I done , but then each day gets better. I have had 2 laminectomies in my early 20's and have suffered with sever back pain until now. I have had some other problems come up since the surgery , but the ORIGINAL back pain is almost gone. I had the cage, rods, screws, and bpm the scars on my back are very small and the abdominal one is about 3 inches. Alot of people cannot believe I had such an extensive surgery at 33, but like I said the original back pain is almost gone. Hang in there, you will do great!!!!
