I hate them! Is it really possible to get rid of them naturally? Thanks :)

I don't think you can get rid of them naturally ,but you can fade them. Try lemon juice. Leave it on for about 5 minutes at a time and they should lighten considerably.

It would make sense that any bleaching agent would fade them..but that would make the skin really pale. You could try lemon juice like said above or something like peroxide might work.

I have freckles also. I use a self tanner that kinda blends them in so they are less noticable. The older I get though the more I am starting to like them.

hi, has anyone tried the lemon juice? i have quite a few sunspots or freckles (not sure what they are) for several years now. will the lemon juice irritate the skin and leave scars?

Lemon juice should not leave scars . . .
If you have sensitive skin then the lemon juice may tingle/itch. Just apply it for small amounts of time.

Yes I will also have to try the lemon thing....I have freckles but very light freckles, a sheer foundation will just about cover them. Whenever I go natural though, I kinda of like them, is that weird? lol

I have a lot of freckles on my face too and am very self conscious about them. I have been trying to figure out a way to lighten them up. I think I will try the lemon juice thing too. I also wear sunblock to keep them from getting any darker and worse.

I have some freckles lining the apples of my cheeks and bridge of my nose, very light. I didn't even know I had them untill people started to say "Oh my god, you have freckles!". When they were "discovered" it bugged me, but the more I see them, the cuter they are. Many guys I have heard think they are cute as well. Good luck!~~Heather

I've had freckles since little and hated them, but now I realize that they are a part of me and are beautiful and unique. I have had both women and men tell me how beautiful they are, and one even told me he wanted to count them (that would have taken forever). But I think that the best way to think about them is like what my grandmother told me: "skin without freckles is like a sky without stars."

I have them all over and wouldn't trade them for anything. It especially helps if you have trouble tanning -- I am very pale ordinarily. Of course when I tan the freckles get more prevalent also, but I think they look okay and also give you a more youthful appearance.

Freckles really are cute. Sometimes I draw them on.

I second to that!! :)
I have freckles too and I don't hate them, they are a part of me. If anyone wants them covered, light foundation will do.

I also have freckles and reading all your guys replies has made me feel better about them but i have moles too and those are the ones that bug me. Do guys think they are cute to or should i get them removed and live with the scars instead. Also how can you look naturally tan with out getting more freckles and moles?
