Hi,
I've had my iud removed today ( the one with no hormones in it ). The doctor told me the chances for pregnancy this month is very high. I already have a two and a half year old little boy with my husband. I have bled a little after the removal but when I went to the loo later this afternoon, I was very wet ( sorry tmi ) and when I wiped, there on the tp was egg white stuff, I know that this signalled ovaluation, if my hubby and I have sex every other day starting with tonight, is it possible to get pregnant as I'm dying for another baby and if I catch on when can I do a pregnany test, my period started a week ago tomorrow?

I looked on a sight the other day and it said that the egg white stuff is the start of ovulation, get going with the baby making, nows the time to do it (not being crude), sperm will last 3 days in your system, good luck and keep us posted, a sprinkling of baby dust has been sent your way :)

I'm an ex depo girl two, only got three shots though and that was it for me. My coil was non hormonal so I am fertile as we speak, I've had sex two days in a row, my cervix is closing but I had sex when it was wide open. I have a dull ache in my right side, not sure what that means, I'm ovulating today according to my chart so do I have sex again tonight to be on the safe side, now what happens?

Yes, have intercourse again this evening, especially if your ovulating. It will increase your chances of conception apart from that its enjoyable so go enjoy!

Just an update, well my cervix has gone a little higher ( I'd say mid position ), the hole is a little open and a blob of egg white constistency came out on the toilet paper, it was like tinged with a bit of browny-greeny stuff, I have no infections. Today my right side has been aching so I'm assuming that I might have realeased an egg yesterday, could I have conceived already? Do I have sex tonight as well as apparently my ovulation is over so I'm unsure what to do now, My temp dropped a couple degrees yesterday and now it has risen today, is that a sign of conception if it stays up like this morning?

apparently a sign of conception is when your temperature rises to 37.2 and either stays at that or keeps rising, ovulation is 37. If you wanna have intercourse tonight then go for it, but dont forget they may not be such strong swimmers as last nights due to having intercourse two nights in a row, but it cant hurt to try.

Could it be implantation bleeding? i know some people say that its not true but you can have implantation bleeding according to some of the women on the pregnancy board, i dont think it like a period bleeding just spotting, did you take your temp before doing anything e.g before getting out of bed, they say that that is the best time to take your temp as you otherwise get an inaccurate reading (apparently).

I'm not due until about 22nd October, my breasts have been very sore for about two weeks before my period is due, usually they hurt about a week before. I checked my cervix, it is closed but still a bit damp ( sorry tmi ), I've had no more spotting but a blob of clear mucus came out this morning( sorry tmi again ). My husband and mother-in-law think I'm not pregnant and that's getting me down. I have been on depo but stopped that last year after three shots, got put on the pill but me and hormones don't mix, very long story so stopped taking them, we moved onto condoms and then I got the coil put in, the one without hormones, the doctor said my conception chances were quite high as I haven't had homones in my body for months. Can my boobs hurt after conception, I was a little fertile from the 4th - 7th apparently from an ovulation chart on the internet. That was when I experienced the changes and mucus from my cervix. When would I conceive after these dates as we're on the 10th now, can you help me this time?

the sperm will / can live for 3 days inside of you so you could have concieved on any day form the 5th (if there fast swimmers) to the 10th i think thats right anyhow, if it was me in your situation that is how i would calculate it! Your breasts can be sore from before your period or conception,though i dont believe it will be as soon as you concieve, mine however are sore all the time (i think its hormones - got doctors on thursday). Any help to you?

Yes you have helped me a lot. I had tingling in my left breast this evening so that's a good sign for me. I read symptoms can happen from a few days past ovulation so who knows. Thank you for your help anyway and I'll keep in touch with any news soon.

I'm not excited as much as I was, not sure why but one good thing is my temp has risen a little so not sure if good sign or not. My back is killing me, my boobs are killing me too. Are you having any luck in ttcing? I have a heavy sensation in my lower tummy, anything in that? Take care.

Hey, me again, i have just read that your breasts can tingle or feel tender from when you have concieved, may be thats the symptoms your feeling, i hope so.

I have swollen stomach and sore breasts today but seeing as ive not been off depo long it could be the after effects - got docs on thursday. Not sure about lower tummy sensation, sorry. when can you test again?
My breasts were tingling again today so that got my hopes up, my tummy is cramping. I can test on the 20th October, can't wait. Let us know how you get on with docs???

My boobs have prominent veins on them, I'm fair skinned so veins show through anyway but my husband says they have gotten thicker, no more tingling yet although my breasts are mega sore. I have eight more days left, getting excited. Still have cramps, are these good signs for a pregnancy a week before my period is due? I hope so.

Update on myself. Right, my breasts have veins running down to the nipple area, none underneath my boob, just on top. The side of my breasts are so sore, can barely touch them. My boobs are still swollen, measured myself and normally I'm 36 in but am now 37, haven't worked out my cup size yet. The feeling in my lower tummy feels like a pulled muscle which it isn't, it hurts to breathe in hard, I don't know what to think, is it possible before my coil was removed that my hubby's sperm stayed inside me so when the iud came out, is it possible the sperm could've swam up and conception took place, could that be why my boobs are so sore before my monthly even is due to arrive?

I'm so sorry about you neg result, I don't think I'm pregnant either, my cervix is lowered and open again so I think next month might be better, I hate seeing all these ladies on here wanting babies so badly and it doesn't happen, maybe we all should try and relax, have sex, enjoy it and don't think about ttcing, that happened to me with my son, my Granddad died, had sex a few weeks later without thinking and a couple of weeks later I was pregnant, no symptoms or anything, just a period that was three days late and on the Clearblue test, popped up two thick blue lines, talkabout a shock, lol. Yake care sweetie, who knows you might be testing too early....

My hubby said my boobs have gotten bigger and my nipples are sore too but my breasts have stopped hurting so much, let you know as I can test next week if no af.

Does this sound good for me, when I do my temp it remains at 37C? Take care all.

I have no spotting like I usually do before a period so I still have no signs for coming on, my boobs are getting more sorer. My cervix is still high, damp and closed. Temp is still up so it looks good for me. I couldn't have a flu jab just in case I am pregnant so testing is enviteable for tomorrow I think. Keep in touch to let you know anything else.

Well I've had cramps tonight, not like period cramps but it does feel like I could start as soon as really, hard to understand I know. My breasts keep getting pain in them, strange feeling it is, veins have come out even more. I lost a blob of mucus this evening and it was tinged with a very light colur although it was still milky coloured. Take care.

Help!!! I'm certain I'm pregnant but this morning I felt for my cervix and some blood came out, very pale but noticable, later on I went to the loo and nothing in my knickers but on the toilet paper, some blood came out, more than the first time, I put a pad on and now nothing, no cramps, no more bleeding, what can this mean for me, could it be that this is the kind of bleeding you get when you're pregnant but have a slight bleed, I don't understand? Normally I would get a slimy brown mucus before I come on and the blood was no where near like that, advice please????

I'm not sure, I sure hope it is nothing serious, you are testing tomorrow morning right? I know when I miscarried I had red blood, it started out very little but gradually got heavier, but not more than a light period. I didn't have cramping, but later that day it felt like I had cervix pressure if I stood for too long. Have you noticed any of your symptoms decrease? Keep us posted, goodluck, try not to stress about it in case it is nothing serious.

I'm not sure, I sure hope it is nothing serious, you are testing tomorrow morning right? I know when I miscarried I had red blood, it started out very little but gradually got heavier, but not more than a light period. I didn't have cramping, but later that day it felt like I had cervix pressure if I stood for too long. Have you noticed any of your symptoms decrease? Keep us posted, goodluck, try not to stress about it in case it is nothing serious.

The night before the bleeding did you and DH BD? Or do you have long nails and maybe scratched something accidently when you did the CM check? That's good news if the bleeding hasn't continued. I do know quite a few women who had spotting and ended up fine. I'm praying for you.

Maybe you could give me some more insight? My appetite is still a bit more than usual...yesturday I was starving again 1 1/2 hours after I ate lunch, so I had a snack. Well bad news for me, I've started my period, the blood kept on coming and when I went to the loo just now, fresh blood came out and didn't go like last time, there's nothing in my knickers though. Yes hubby and I had sex the day I bled the first time and sometimes I'll have a ragged bit of nail which I made myself sore the other day so sex hurt me then. I'm ever so depressed and hurting because I haven't conceived, I wish you two ladies all the best and if at least one of us gets pregnant, good luck to ya, loads of baby dust your ways.

I'm very upset that I'm not pregnant, I've decided no temps, no looking for ovulation, I'm just going to have sex every other day and enjoy myself and when I get pregnant, I'll be one of the happiest people alive next month, fingers croseed. Thank you all so much for your support. Have you or Sammie found out you're pregnant yet, I do hope so for your sakes. I'm so upset, couldn't sleep last night, already I feel a failure to my husband because I didn't conceive and I feel a failure to my son because he wants a sister, is it normal to feel like this? As for the dentist, I got my wisdom teeth come through, anyway a couple rotted and infected the nerve in my gum, I had two wisdom teeth removed and a filling in almost every tooth, I can't eat properly or drink, feel better now though, obviously sedation has worn off but that was my dental treatment yesterday. I lost a really big blood clot from down below this morning, went through tampons and pads like nobodys business, it has calmed a little but the cramps haven't, never mind though, I hope you two are pregnant and if so, good luck with your babies.

Don't think you are a failure...think of it as your little angel, who has chosen YOU, is waiting for just the perfect time to surprise you...it WILL happen don't give up. I know exactly what you mean though, and it usually takes me a couple days to overcome then I'm counting down and ready to start TTC for the next cycle. Is it normal for you to pass clots like that? Do you think theres a possibility you were really pregnant and had a missed miscarriage?
No news here yet, my temps came down a little again today, but I went to bed about 2 hours later than normal, and still woke up at my usual time to temp...not sure if 2 hours less sleep can affect my temp or not? Maybe I should have woke up 2 hours later to test instead? Do you guys know? Anyhow, still no sign of AF, still have creamy white CM, sore BBs, and cramping. Not like usual cramping though, it feels like I did 300 situps lastnight...I recall that same feeling with Kierra so I'm hoping that is a good sign, After I woke up this morning I think I also had that pelvic bone crampy feeling I mentioned I had with Kierra...it was faint and only for a few minutes until my body got used to me being up and about but I felt a bit of it...kinda feels like when you ride a boy bike and miss the peddle? Only it didn't hurt as bad...with Kierra it hurt more as my pregnancy progressed. But my temps coming down a little again today discouraged me a bit. My period was due this past Thursday so tomorrow will be 3 days late officially. Thanks Melissa, I will check the cervical position, I did the mucus one and saw a couple diagrams, but I'm getting ok at that, it's just the position now, I read today that after AF I should be able to reach it because it should be low, so I'll try in a few days. Not sure about the bleeding thing. How long had it been that you had thought AF had been gone for? I would say as long as it isn't painful I would think BDing is fine. Goodluck.

My period had been gone two days before Mark and I had sex, I bled last night badly and still am bleeding today, maybe sex brought me back on, not sure but last night during sex ( tmi ) I got a bit sore but my hubby wouldn't stop, it felt like my inside lip hurt me and then afterwards I had a wee and it stung, not sure what that was about. I feel hopeful again as I know it's time to try for another baby so looking forward to that. Glad my advice helped about the cervical info, I'll post more about that later.

Melissa, I have no clue, I didn't think BDing could bring back AF, but I guess it is possible, maybe just a slight tear or maybe all that BDing shook up AF's trail.
Sammie, They can't give you any thing to bring back your period? I have heard some herbal remedies on the boards to help bring AF around. Can't remember the names but I do remember reading about it.
Well, for me, I had AF from Sunday morning to Monday late afternoon, during that time both days were almost like a regular flow, it may have been a tad lighter. But today it's barely even here. I put a pad on lastnight around 9:30pm I didn't go to bed until midnight and when I got up this morning there was nothing. And the tampons I changed today wereshowing very light flow, if I can even call it that...maybe spotting would be better to explain it. I'm used to 5 day periods so I find this quite odd. I highly doubt the HPT's were wrong though, because my temps are very low right now, and I think if I was pregnant I would have seen more on the stick I tested Saturday. I don't think there was anything that was close to making me second guess it. I mean I always squint and try VERY hard to see something, but I can't say there was anything promising to see. What do you guys think? Kierras mommys question - the doctors wont give me anything to help with periods or pregnancy until i have been off depo for 12 months but i did get some of those herbs you were on about, called 'vitex' chaste berry, they halp with pms (which i obviously dont get), sore bb's and infertility as they help your af come back and regulate.
Hope you have both had good days - im back to work tomorrow, day off today so got 2 days of 12 hour shifts to look forward too :(

I'm doing alright, keeping busy with a promotion at work and charting my temps. Hoping that this is the right month. Well, I'm off to bed day 6 in my work week! Then I get a day off. Talk to you all soon.

Im doing ok, but still no period, started taking my vitex chaste berry the other day but it takes some time to kick in. I believe my ovaries are starting to wake up as all this week they have been acheing - sort of like what you would expect before a period so maybe things will start to happen soon, i hope so.

Hey {removed} Sammie, Thought I'd pop in and say Hi and see how you are doing. I have been busy with work so am in Healthboards withdrawal right about now. How is this cycle going so far for you. We have started Bding and hopefully we'll be able to keep up the every other day schedule. It's tough with DH working nights and me working days and a bit of overtime lately with this new job. If it isn't our schedules that clash it's our energy levels. But we'll see.
Well, I hope to start getting back on here on my regular schedule. Hope things are going well with both you, Goodluck.

well at the moment im on a roller coaster ride of emotions, couldnt stop crying yesterday and the day before i could have quite happils torn the heads off everyone who opend their mouth, not a clue whats going on, im never like this, DH doesnt know wether hes coming or going - hes to scared to talk i think lol.

Hi, I'm doing ok, tired but ok. We started decorating the outside for christmas....I never thought it could be sooo much work! I literally have exchanged lights about 5 times in the last 4 days (and once was because the lady helping us accidently gave us 3 of the same style except twinkling which we didn't want, and another time they didn't have enough of the same style to do the entire house so I had to start all over with another style. I never thought I'd ever be so sick of shopping in all my life. Sammie, is irritability normal for you around this time in your cycle? I'm a little irritable but I can't tell if I'm being irrational irritable or understandable irritable. LOL
I do have some good news...Kierra is day time potty trained!!!! My sister started last week on Wednesday (I work during the day so it was hard to try to potty train, so my sister does it during the day and I take over in the evening and on weekends) It's been 2 days since Kierra had an accident in her panties. She wears diapers for bed and if we are going out otherwise she is in panties all day. Today we even went for a run to the hardware store for more extension cords and the Dollar store for candy and then we were outside for about an hour and she didn't pee her panties.
How far are you in your cycle right now? Do you think you ovulated yet? I think I ovulated but I am a bit confused...my temp was at it's lowest on CD 16, it started increasing the next day but on CD 19 I had the most CM throughout my cycle, so I'm not sure if its possible to ovulate 3 days after the temp dips and rises again or what. If I go by my temps, DH and I missed the boat because we had 4 or 5 days between BD sessions (CD 14 then not again until CD 19) But if you g by my CM I may have been right on time, so I don't know, I guess we'll see but I'm not to optimistic this month, we didn't have a very active BD month. Well, I should go, talk to you all soon. Update me on your cycle so far.

Well im never irratable or teary at all apart from a few times at work when things go wrong with my patients (im a veterinary nurse so it can be upsetting at times), but it is unlike me to start crying for no reason.
I still cant see that ive ovulated, according to my temps so just waiting and waiting and waiting etc foe af to arrive :yawn:

Sometimes this charting stuff is just too confusing. Normally I know I've ovulated because my temp will dip extremely low, then the next day I will get egg white CM and my temps will be elevated until AF comes. But this month I got the egg white CM 3 days after the lowest temp so not too sure what is going on with that. Just playing the waiting game for the next week or so. Goodluck hun!!!!! Hopefully we'll both get some BFP's!!!!

Yeah it is confusing, i might give up temping and get one of those ovulation microscopes, not sure yet though. good luck too all of us.

Yeah, How are you both doing anyway? I tested today but got a BFN, I'll retest again later in the week if AF doesn't come by Thursday. I want to get one of those saliva ovulation predictor kits...I haven't seen them around anyone know where to get them? And what brand they are. I've only seen the First Response Ovulation Predictor sticks and I haven't had very good results with them, I tend to show positive luteal phases for longer than I should on them. I guess some women do with them. I'm in Canada so if anyone has heard where to get them please let me know. Thnx, well hope all is well with you. Talk to you soon.
