just wanted to let you folks know that i smoked for nearly 10 years and just decided to quit one day. I bought the patch. its been a week and i havent had 1 smoke. my cravings are virtually gone. the patch really works so far. just thought id share...

Wooohooo foshizzle!!!! The patch worked great for me too! (smoke free 1 year after 30 years chain smoking) Aren't they GREAT?! Good for you, and keep up the good work... the patch doesn't do it all, it's your willpower as well! :)
