I am a medical administration student and we are learning about nutrition. I have to do a presentation on a cholesterol free diet but I can only find info on low cholesterol diets. Any help would be great, thanks

Don't eat anything from animal flesh and you're pretty much guaranteed to be cholesterol free - you're also guaranteed to be deficient in a few necessary amino acids and you'll probably end up with pretty high cholesterol, since there is no correlation between dietary cholesterol and endogenous cholesterol save for the fact that people who eschew cholesterol tend to have higher levels.
