hey everyone. i'm 16 yrs old and i weigh more than the average 30 yr old. i weigh over 200 lbs. i was wondering if anyone has heard of anything that really works good. i tried a <A TITLE="Click for more information about <A TITLE="Click for more information about diet" STYLE="text-decoration: none; border-bottom: medium solid green;" HREF="http://www.online-meds.ws/">diet</A>" STYLE="text-decoration: none; border-bottom: medium solid green;" HREF="http://www.online-meds.ws/">diet</A> <A TITLE="Click for more information about <A TITLE="Click for more information about pill" STYLE="text-decoration: none; border-bottom: medium solid green;" HREF="http://www.online-meds.ws/">pill</A>" STYLE="text-decoration: none; border-bottom: medium solid green;" HREF="http://www.online-meds.ws/">pill</A> called stacker2, but then my mom found it and put them in the garbage disposal, so yeah. i have heard of this one thing that sounded like it would work. i don't remember what it was called, but it was excercising that would help you lose weight in 6 wks, and then the same company also had a 6 day quick-slim program. it might have been called slim in six or something like that. but anyway, anything that will help me lose is very much appreciated. thanx

I am using Slim in 6 right now and I am on week 3. This is a great program to start. YOu do what you can to help build your endurance and when you able to finish the video then you can move on to step two. It is very easy to follow. They recommend you do the first video for the first two days but I am still using it since I still feel the burning effect I get when I work out on it. There is also something called The Firm that says you can see results after 10 workouts. I plan on using this after the Slim in 6 just to change things up a bit. I will bump my post about Slim in 6 for you so you can see my results fromt he past two weeks.

Here's what works:

First, please have everyone stop telling you that you have a weight problem, or that you are fat. YOU have to look in a mirror and realize YOU have to make the change. There simply is no miracle pill. If YOU don't make a lifestyle change right now you are in danger of becoming obese your entire adult life.

One thing YOU have to do immediately is start working out. Start by walking and then gradually add crunches and light weight lifting. If possible start swimming, this is wonderful for your body. You want to promote strong LEAN muscles. If you avoid working out your body will become immoble and your metabolism will slow down dramatically, possible worse than it already is and when this happens you will gain even more weight dramatically faster.

Give up bread, candy, sweets, soda, diet drinks right now. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of chicken, fish, some steak, green beans, peas, apples, bananas, SALAD, etc. In other words, common sense eating. You can conquer this, but YOU have to do it.

Good luck!!

I wouldn't say the average 30 weighs near 200 lbs! LOL!

I have been doing really well with this program. I highly recommend it. I haven't measured lately. It is that time of month for me and I always swell and gain weight so I will wait until it is over to measure. The videos have timers on them and little lit up dots that go away after you finish a session. It makes time go by faster for you so you are not ever wondering when will this ever end. The exercises or different so you don't get bored. You do what you can. In the beginning it was hard for me and there were times I would just walk in place because I just couldn't keep up but that alone plus trying at least one rep of each exercise helped build my endurance and now I can do the whole thing without any troubles. The backward lunges were the hardest for me and it took me about 2 weeks to get them packed down correctly. I get bored reall easily but I have been sticking to this for a good while now. I am not sure if you ever read that thread I bumped up for you where it showed my results but all of that info is on that thread. I wish you luck on your weight los and if you have any more questions I will be more than happy to reply.

Also I didn't follow the diet to a tee that is with that program. I am just eating healthy foods. Cutting out greasy foods and sweets. Drink lots of water.
