I feel like a human heater. Ever since I have really strapped down on my workout routine, starting eating healthy, and have slimmed down, I have felt like a heater. It just seems like I am expelling more body heat than normal, and I can't even be close to my boyfriend at night. If I am I have to have the covers off. He even says just by hugging me I feel hot. I feel I have lost quite a bit of body fat, and maybe that's the reason why I am expelling more heat. Please express your opinions! :bouncing:

Your metabolism is in high gear. Congrats. That is what you want.

:bouncing: It's also due to increased circulation caused by the exercising, especially if you use weights. The weight barring exercises make the veins enlarge, so you get a much better blood flow.

I kinda feel the same way but mostly at the gym. I get heated up pretty quick. I never get how some people can go to the gym and work out in in a hooded sweatshirt and sweats. I basically wear the same attire during the winter to the gym that I would wear during the summer to stay cool.

It's normal and nothing to worry about. I know im pushing my body hard so the "heat" reaction is absolutly normal.

zip2play,
I wish I could give you some of my metabolism along with all this dang heat! Hehe! At this rate I won't need a jacket this fall or winter!
