I was wondering if any one knows of any products available for measuring body fat % that are fairly accurate and easy to use? Also does anyone know of any accurate heart rate monitors available? Also what is a good body fat % to have?
Thanks

Just a simple set of calipers is a good start. More accurate than than the scales and much cheaper than hydrostatic testing. At least it will allow you to see progress. Just make sure that you take multiple measurements until you're comfortable with the process.
