Alright T,Th, and Sun. I do a full body workout with weights. On M,W, and Fr I run for 10-15 minutes. My question is this working out my legs too much? Should I just do all my leg exercises on the days I run instead of on the days I do a full body workout?
Thanks

The only problem with toning your legs on the days you run is that your workouts will have to be longer, and the days you do the upper body will be shorter, right? Although the idea sounds logical, but it's not good to workout for TOO long at one time. Personally, I do almost exactly what you do, like Mon: Full body toning, Tue: Step aerobics :bouncing: (which works the legs) Wed: Full body tone Thur: Step aerobics :bouncing: Fri, Step aerobics, :bouncing: Sat or Sunday nothing, but if it's one of the days, then I'll do full body. I guess you can say I'm toning my legs every day cause of the step when doing my cardio, also tones the legs. Good question! Let's see what others say. :D

You might be over working your legs! I would suggest that on M, W, and F when you run, to work out your legs. The reason being, is that your muscles need to rest in order to grow. If you work them hard all the time they won't grow much. It is good to do cardio every time, but on the days you lift it would be good to do light cardio. You should always warm up for 5-10 min. anyway before you start your routine. I personally started to do light cardio the days I do full body weights (M,W,F), and on T and Th I do hard cardio. All and all give your legs some slack time!
