Has anyone tried Firsh-Oil with success for their depression? If so is it the EPA that is important or the DHA to get a lot of?

I asked a pharmacist about this because I also heard of it. He said that if you take a multi-vitamin that is all you need. If you take the fish oil on top of it your wasting your money because your body will only absorb what it needs and dispose of the rest. Made sense to me. Once I started to exercise and take my multi-vitamin the depression and anxiety is slim to none. Of course I take Lexapro also. Good luck.

I haven't used fish oil yet, but if you do, be sure to let your doctor and next of kin know.
If you were ever to need emergency surgery they need to know because fish oil inhibits blood coagulation and there would be bleeding that would be slow to stop after surgery!
