I know about variation, but if I'm doing different routines and choreography, does that still count? I know you should switch your workouts for better results, but I like stepping? :bouncing: :D

If you are doing it 3x/week with some days in between, you are probably okay. You are more suseptable to overuse injuries if you do not have any variation.
