Does anyone know of a good product for the new smoother, straighter styles?
I have a natural wave to my hair and need a styling product before blow drying.
Thanks!

HI. I have collar length hair I am trying to grow out. It is thick with wave.

My stylist recommended Outshine by Redken. I am usually hesitant to buy salon products, it seems you need at least 4 different potions and lotions just to do your hair! But....I like this stuff. It was around $15.00, and I use one pump full on wet hair before styling, then 1/2 pump on my dried hair.

So far, so good.

Ruby.

I've also had good luck w/ Straight by Redken and Straightening Serum by Kenra. Both are a bit pricey, but do last quite a while.

The Redken stuff works REALLY good but after buying it time and time again it can burn a hole in your wallet. I use "Frizz-ease" serum and straightening balm and then blow dry. It works really well and you can get both of these for the same price as Redken outshine alone :)
