hey everyone, my name is christina, iam 20. for me it was endorine problems. i needed to see a endocrinologist and than they ran blood tests on me and told me i have a thyroid problem and insulin resistance and polysystic ovarian disorder, all these things that i just mentioned prevent people from loosing weight. thats why i never lost weight. i am 205 at 5 foot 7, but i eat a lot of fish and turkey and chicken and tuna fish. NO FRIED FOOD NO CHIPS NO CANDY!!! GET RID OF ALL JUNK!! NO SODA!! THATS HOW YOU LOOSE WEIGHT!! DRINK WATER AND APPLE JUICE OR CRANBERRY JUICE MAKE SURE ITS 100% APPLE JUICE AND CRANBERRY JUICE!! EAT SALADS AND FRUIT INSTEAD OF CHIPS AND COOKIES!! ITS SO SIMPLE!!! NO GREASY FOOD OKAY!!! ALL NATURAL FOODS!! NO BUTTER!! EAT EGGS AND OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST!! DONT EAT WHITE BREAD!!! EAT WHOLE WHEAT OR RYE!!! I LEARENED ALL OF THIS BY EDUCATORS MY DAD IS A PERSONAL TRAINER AND NUTRITIONIST> HE STUDIES THIS!! THIS IS HOW YOU LOOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF THE HEALTHY WEIGHT!! for me i have polycystic ovarian syndrome and u cant loose weight no matter what u do even if you excerise. the doctor told me. i tried to exersise and do this change of lifestyle. DIETS DONT WORK!! THATS WHY WHEN U DIET THE WEIGHT COMES RIGHT BACK!! YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE FOR LIFE!!! what polycystic ovarian syndrome is what i have is lack of periods and infertility and male pattern hair growth onface and obesity. I can take a popular med called glucophage to correct all of this!!! so i hope people can learn from my email. just to let people know i wont be back on here until tuesday. i have no computer at home. i use my college computer to write messages on here!!! goodluck everyone!!! your friend christina
