Hi,
I am 24 years old and weighing some where near 75 kgs. Am i overweight. I have a bit of a tummy that i am working on but otherwise If i have a flat tummy and i still weigh the same, what does that mean. Do i have to go on diet to reduce my weight

What is 75 kgs in pounds? And how tall are you? There are some height/weight ratio charts out on the internet that you could use to determine if you are overweight or not.
