i was just thinking about my friend who died of anorexica almost 4 years ago. ive been thinking about her more since its almost 4 years to the date (october 23) ive posted about her before about what she might of really died of... most likely it was cardiac arrest. i was just wondering if she suffered much and if it was a fast death since she was asleep while it happened. i saw her like 2 days before she died and she seemed pretty normal, just a little weak.. she never complained that she was feeling weird or anything. thank you

Sorry about your friend Happy. If she died from a cardiac arrest,i can almost guarentee you that it was very quick and pretty much painless .an arrest will usually happen pretty quickly and very suddenly. If your friend actually died from an arrest, i would think that before that even happened, that she was probably in a coma like state from the effcts of the anorexia. She most likely died in her sleep hon.I hope you are seeing someone(therepist?)to discuss all of the after effects that your friends death is having on you.Or at the very least here, getting together with your other friends so you can all discuss just how your friends death has affected all of you.It is really all so sad.I feel for you happy,i really do.if you start to feel that this is affecting you to the extreme, please talk to someone that you trust about getting treated for depression. It is very commomn to suffer some depression after a death of someone you care about, but if it dosen't seem to be going away, please talk to someone about your feelings, okay?Take care happy,i hope things get better for you.Marcia
