This type of bursitis is caused by pro long sitting or an injury caused by exercise like bike riding. It is a painful buttock and hurts when sitting and lying but ok standing and walking. It is sorta like sciatica and acts like it with pain down the back of the upper leg.

I was Diagnosed with it on one side yesterday and given an anti inflammatory drug --Meloxicam.

Is there anything I should be doing to help this condition??
