Hello,
I'm not really sure how to achieve my goal through exercise. I am actually at a really good weight, but I am not happy with my body. I want it to be longer and leaner. My legs and arms look a little chunky, and my stomach needs work too. What can I do to improve it? I already to cardio and weight training, but I really don't want anything to get bigger, just smaller. Any suggestions appreciated

Try pilates and yoga along with whatever you're already doing. It works INCREDIBLY for taking the bulk out of muscles whether you're male or female. You'll love the results AND it's relaxing.
