Is anyone aware of health problems caused by Trimspa? I know it probably doesn't work, but I know someone who is taking it, and I want to make sure she is being safe...

Well I've been studying all the types of things that trimspa has in it and one of the formula that's in it is a appetite suppresant that the natives used for years to decrease they're appetite so when they take long walks to hunt for food they won't be hungry and it does,nt contain any harsh things in it that can make your heartrate go up and it does not make you jittery either, I've only been taking it for a week and I've already lost 4 pds, I started out with only one pill a day for like 3 days and then graduated to 2 pills a day, the most that you can take a day is six pills but it's better to start out with half of the recommended dose so you can see how your body will react to it, but for me so far so good I also exercise when I can and that makes trimspa work double for you without taking a heavy dose of it.

One quick question...They said it does something to your sugar count or something along that effect, can that affect you in the future per say Diabetes? That was something that scared me from using it, also their warning that it might choke you. But for some odd reason I am still attracted to the idea I just would feel better knowing exactly what the pre-cautions are. And also, does it make you lose weight too fast or does it do it gradually?

I just started Trimspa, and I'm almost done with my first week. I haven't had any side effects at all. Some were vomiting, light headed, headaches, chest pains, etc., but I haven't had any of that. (yet) Granted I'm only in for the first week, I haven't had anything change for me. It says it's supposed to make you feel full before you actually are. And I'm still eating just as much as before. It's supposed to stop your cravings. My cravings are very strong. I just figured I'd have something to show that this stuff is working, and I'm getting absolutely nothing. I know I won't see any weightloss. I just want to feel the way it says I'm supposed to, and I'm not. I have another weeks' supply, and if nothing has changed by then, I'm not getting anymore.

I was going to buy Trimspa from Walgreens on a recent trip to FL, until I read the back of the packet where it said WARNING...Trimspa can cause choking and possible death. After that I was like ok...I'm not buying that! Knowing my luck I'd be that one person who DID choke to death!

I did a lot of research on Trimspa to see if I wanted to take it, and the side effects from the caffeine in it can cause jitters, headaches, and a rapid heart beat. I had a friend who tried it and she claimed it didnt do a thing...then again she's only 105 lbs anyway....

105lbs and shes using it? Wow...I'd kill to be that tiny!
What is the cause of the choking warning?
I've been looking into trying it. I need to lose about 35lbs.
I have just started a healthier diet about a week ago. It's not a strict diet but I have cut out fast food completely, chips and other snacks alike. I try to buy low fat foods and do not drink any drinks with sugar in them. Splenda is my savior!
Those of you that have tried Trimspa...did it work? What sort of diet were you on? And exercise?
Love,
Deanne

I've been thinking about using trimspa, not because of anna nicole haha, but because if it can control my food cravings then i'd be set. Im already working out 4-5 times a week of cardio. And im thinking of starting a lower calorie intake...im pushing for 1350-1450calories/day. =/ dont know how well that will work for me!
But I think I may have to buy a bottle of this! if one of you lost 4lbs w/it already how long did that take? One week? 2 weeks? I already drink alot of water so im not worried about "choking".
Any other stories of weight loss?
