Hello everyone my period is scheduled to start this wednesday, my period started on september 17 and I had intercourse on sept 28 and october 5 2004, my cycle is on it's 25th day, is it too soon to see if I am pregnant, also I am seeing a little brown discharge when I urinate and sometimes I don't does that mean I still could be pregnant also, thanks.

You can test yourself for pregnancy 4 days before your af is due by using 'first response' a home pregnancy testing kit, i am not sure of other brands which allow you to do so, 'clear blue' might but im not 100%, if you cant get hold of any of these then you can test on the day your af is due using any brand of pregnancy test. :) Good Luck xxx

I too think First Response is the only one that you can test as early as 4 days before your period, but I'm not sure why it's any more accurate than other brands, I looked on a site that showed how much HCG it can detect and First Response was in the same field as Clear Blue so I'd try to wait until the day of your period. The longer you wait the higher the HCG and less chance you'll have of getting a false negative. The brown blood could be implantation bleeding, brown blood is old blood so thats good. Goodluck!
