Yogurt, don't have it with fruit on the bottom , it will all ferment and putrefy in your system. Have it plain on an empty stomach , or make it into a salad dressing. Mix Yogurt through a salad. I like the flavored kind, also like Cheese, even though I eat the fat free, is a challenge. I also read that Yellow cheese, are soak in Chemical dyes, so others are ok I Suppose. What are some low-carb flavor kind , low in calories and fat. Also, all dairy products except butter are extremely acid-forming. They say it is not best to eat :bouncing: with protein , but with carboyhydrates. You know cows don't drink or eat cheese,. they get their calcium from grain and grass  Bottom line we are humans :bouncing: so live it up on dairy maybe or maybe not  I will just eat yogurt, plain of course, fruit on the side. :)

Every day they come up with more "bad news" about foods we thought were good for us. I'm personally tired of hearing it.

It just gets so old when every day they come out with something new about a food we've been eating for years thinking it was good for us and now it's suddenly not.
