I am looking for a supplement to increase my endurance and energy for weight training. The best thing I can think of is liquid creatine. Would this be ok even though my main goal is weight loss, or is there something better out there?
thanks

Nothing legal, Dan!
Just sheer determination...and getting INTO the gym in the first place. Once I'm past THAT hurdle, I figure I might as well make it worth my time to do a GOOD wworkout!

Creatine is OK, and it's pretty cheap relatively speaking. While your goal is fat loss the creatine will keep your muscle plumped with water and help you lift heavier - making fat loss more likely and muscle loss less so.
