Has anyone tried the One Day Diet or know anything about it's validity? I've read several articles about it and it really does make sense. I'm just not sure on it's actual success rate. They always give information that is overstated.
Please let me know. Thanks!

I personally think this diet is ridiculous. The key to achieving optimum weight and health is learning how to eat "properly", eating healthful nutritous meals regularly, avoiding highly processed and toxic food products, staying hydrated, and increasing activity.
This diet not only does not promote these strategies, but encourages you to "eat whatever you want" every other day. IMO, this is a path to disaster.
Will it "work"? - probably.
Long term results? - probably not.
Strengthen metabolism? - probably not.
Improve health? - definately not.

Nat, this diet promotes consuming specially formulated "wafers" 10X per day, unlimited fruit, and 8 ounces of water every other day. On the alternate days you are to eat anything your heart desires.
