Does anyone have any good leg/butt/thigh exercises that you dont have to have machines to do besides squats and lunges?

Steps! I have a 12 inch step that i use-- it is the FIRM Steps :bouncing:

Thumbs up for that one! The Firm's fanny lifter is a great way to tone the but and thighs. Also, a regular aerobic step is a great way to get cardio workouts in while shaping up the lower body at the same time. Collage video has a great selection of videos. You can just type in what your looking for and boom, there ya go! :wave:

Thanks for your help...I have 10 Firm Videos with the Fanny Lifter so I will have to try this.
