I am trying to get back into my healthy eating and workout regimen. I had lost 140 pounds and 90 inches off my body and since then have gained alot back and I am devastated.
Does anyone have any goos low fat chicken, salad or veggie recipes so I may use them so I dont get bored quick with this WOE?
I appreciate all your help

One thing I've found that's very good (and healthy) is spaghetti squash. I have a cup of that with some Ragu Light (Tomato and Basil) and it tastes really good and is low in calories. Egg Beaters/ Egg whites are a great choice for breakfast, I usually have that with some soy sausage and weight watchers whole wheat bread and make a sandwhich with some fat free sharp cheddar cheese. Butternut squash is another good veggie you might not know of. Chooped spinach with a slice of fat free cheese.

My sister makes the best broiled chicken. She just marinates it in Italian dressing before she broils it.

As for veggies....I love mine stir fried and wrapped up in a warm, soft torilla shell with a little mixure of low-fat mayo and mustard.
