I am trying to find info on Calogel, the pills you take just before bed supposedly to repair muscles and help aid weight loss. I work out 5 days a week doing an hour of cardio, pretty aggresively and 3-4 days of weight training and I keep gaining weight. I also eat pretty well, a balanced diet. Although I am really solid, there is still plenty of fat that needs to go away. And I need to slim down. My Dr gave me a script for Xenical but after everything I read I don't think its really going to work for me because I eat very little fat. and since its so expensive I am having a hard time justifying it when I really don't think it will work. I am at my witts end.

Body building makes you gain "weight" its actually muscle you are gaining so if you want to get your total weight down just cardio, raise your heart rate for at least 30 minutes a day to be healthy but if you want to lose weight you probably should try at least and hour and a half three days a week, this is much healthier than trying to over excercise, also if u dont eat well try it! food pyramid works great. Eating actual fat isnt the only thing you need to avoid, i would try using the food pyramid and see how it works for u. it is actually a lot of food. Hope this helps u. Oh and as for the medication its a bad idea, most pills are, you probably wont get good sleep because your body is working thru the night! well i hope you have success!
