I have numbing in my hands and face and I have really bad headaches where it hurts on minute and is fine the next and then sometimes I have a headache when I move my head. I also have blurry vision sometime and I feel really tired, what could be causing all of this??? Really confused and curious.

Better see a doctor and get correct diagnosis. Sounds like you may have a pinched nerve in your neck.
