I am really so sick of feeling lightheaded ALL the time. It really makes it so hard to function. I have tried everythng and I can't find any relief. I can deal with anything excpet this pain in my ears. My ears are always stuffy and itchy and I know that is what makes me feel lightheaded. It 's like my head is floating all day long. I tried sudafed, acupuncture, humidifiers, breath right strips and everything else. I get this all year long. All the drs tell me there is nothing accept normal allergies. Does anyone know how to drain your ears without using Sudafed b/c I can't take sudafed. Does anyone else who has real bad allergies think that it can cause depression? I feel so tired and agitated all the time b/c I feel like I am always going to fall over. Thanks for listening. . .

My allergies are causing me depression too. I cant function because its hard to sleep sometimes with the allergies acting up. Also I think I have a sinus infection and imaking me very sleepy. Well Im going to the allergist tommorow and hopefully Ill get some help. Good luck to you. Keep fighting and get a doctor who can help you.

Take a good, hot, steamy shower...that's usually the first thing I do when my ears feel stuffy and hurty and/or my sinuses are driving me nuts (because usually ear pain is caused by congestion...). That's usually the first thing I do before I even bother with any medicine.
