My boyfriend and I have recently cleaned up our eating habits and are concentrating on healthy and balanced eating.
Can anyone offer advice on the lean cuts of meat? We have been eating more chicken and fish, and we eat steak about once a week. I would like a variety if possible.
Here are some foods I am interested in:
Steak - which cut is leanest?
Chicken - are certain cuts better for you?
Pork - is this a healthy, lean meat?
We love seafood. Any advice on what to watch for when purchasing the following foods - or maybe which ones to only eat once in a while? (i.e. high sodium, fats, etc.)
Shrimp, Salmon, Tilipia, Crab Legs, Trout, Flounder
Any advice would be great. :)
Thanks so much!
