Need to, have to, want to QUIT smoking. Has anyone used the smoke away stuff in the ads seen on tv ? I really don't want to use the gum or the patches. Any suggestions from anyone? :bouncing:

cold turkey...it's the only way-clean that nicotene right out. I'm doing it right now and it's not so bad-kind of exhilerating in a warped kind of way if you just keep a positive attitude.
