Doubtful.

If you are really looking for healthy alternatives for salad dressing, try:

- Basalmic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Apple Cider vinegar
- Bragg's Amino Acid's (soy sauce substitute without the salt)

Very few bottled dressings are truly healthy - just look at the ingredients on the bottle. If there are any words you can't identify or pronounce, stay away!

yeah...like

vinegar..what kind
spices..what kind
seasonings..what kind..

the reason why the labels are not so specific..is because they are not pure...

example..

wine vinegar..good
spices..pure garlic, pure onion, basilic, oregano, etc..when you see the word powder..yikes, forget it..
seasoning..again must be pure based..
