this is going to sound strange but when i sleep at night my body temp feels normal BUT if i take a nap in the aftn. i wake up covered in sweat!!! im not in any different climate or more blankets. i just found thid wierd and wondered why it would happen ONLY during the day!

This also used to happen to me as well,and i haven't a clue as to what caused it.If you ever find out, by all means, clue me in okay?Good luck in finding the answer,Marcia

I do too. I just figured it was from the meds I am on.But who knows for sure.If you find out please post. :wave:

This is one of the reasons I personally don't care for naps for the most part.

During the day the temperature and humidity is higher than it is as night and when you wear blankets it causes the sweat to occur. At night time ours the climate cools down and its not as humid. It could be a number of things but I find it happening to me alot durning the summer when I take naps durning the day.
