Hi.
About 6/7 years ago, I had an abnormal smear. Ended up having a colposcopy and part of the cervix was "burnt" away with a lazer.
Then a couple of years ago, I had some bleeding after sex. I went straight to my GP the next morning, and he told me it was probably cervical erosion and nothing to worry about.
BUT, it's now happened again.
The last two times hubby and I have had sex I have bled, and it is a little painful too. Not painful when having sex, but afterwards.
Do you think I need to be worried? or should I just put it down to a bit more of this cervical erosion thing the doc mentioned and forget it?
Any help would be very much appreciated as I am getting a little worried now.
Thanks

Bambi:
Have you ever had a transvaginal ultrasound? Given your history of abnormal cervical cells and recurrent UTI's, you may want to ask your doctor if one might be in order.

Thanks for your reply.
I've never had a transvaginal ultrasound. Seem to have had every other test though lol.
Will ask doc about that, thanks
