is also alleaged to have good effects, does it really has??

Aloe Vera is very good for you on numerous things. It's better if you take it right from the plant. I've found Aloe Vera gels and stuff don't work as well as straight from the plant.

I'm not sure about the other topics in your post.

Hi. To get the aloe from the plant you just cut a piece of it off and squeeze the goop out onto your hands/fingers and rub it in to wherever you need it. You can use it for how ever long you need it. There are no chemicals to lessen the effects so you shouldn't really need too much of it.
