A while ago I started posting about some pelvic pain I was having. I thought it might be gynocological so I made an appointment with the gynocologist. He diagnosed me with having PCOS and put me on birth control pills. After starting the pills it has helped quite a bit with the pain. However I still get very bad cramps before my period that last until a day or two after. Also sometimes I have diarhea associated with the pain. And the pain is a suden onset. The b/c has helped quite a bit my question is could the PCOS still be causing me pain or could I have a more serious problem or possibly a problem with a diffrent body system/part??? Any advice would be appreciated.
