I guess it depends. which cosmetic line are you interested in? I am currently using Bare Escentuals. I bought mines online. However, when I went to California. They had their own stores. I guess you can go to their website and see where they are located. I'm interested in Jane Iredale and Aromaleigh. I far as I know, you can only purchase aromaleigh online. With Jane Iredale, you can also order this online or at a skin care facility. Just go on the Jane Iredale website and looke at the location that is closer to you. I'm assuming Jane Iredale is pretty good since it's highly recommended for people who's had any cosmetic surgery on their face to hide scars or whatever the case may be. This saturday, I'm going to get my make up done using Jane Iredale at this Asethetic Care Facility. I can tell my results. I hope this was informative.

Thanks Alicia :)

I was thinking about Bare Escentuals, but I also saw the Jane Iredale on the net. I don't really have acne or scars, but I live in Houston. I saw a thread here by someone that lives in Houston that said they were tired of the heat an humidity making foundation kind of slide off the face and disappear. Living here also, I feel the same way..like I'm wearing a mask that's ready to slip off any minute. I saw the responses to the other poster's thread and they suggested the mineral makeup.

Do you feel the mineral makeup stays on??, and is it worth the money. I also thought about getting a makeover at Bobbi Brown. This line seems to have colors that look more natural on the face, maybe I'm kidding myself, magazine pictures can be deceiving.

I'm going to have to make a decision quickly. My foundation is running low. :(

Post back about your makeover. I'd love to hear what you think!!

Thanks for answering..I've just about given up on this post.

Aromaleigh is absolutely fantastic. I had to switch over to minerals as I have acne prone skin and Oil Free Liquid Foundation just stinks for me. I just can't recommend Aromaleigh enough. You have to order it online but you can order samples to try and mix and match before ordering full sizes. Usually I place an order and I get it the day after even though I go for the 3 day delivery. The message board they have is great and you get lots of help from everyone there.

I use aromaleigh too and it is awesome. It stays on all day long and I no longer break out either.

Your welcome Renee. One night I came home after going out and decided to leave my makeup on all night to see if it faded or clumped up or anything. I looked before taking it off at about 11:00 p.m. and it looked just as fresh as when I put it on. Freaked me out. Never ever found a makeup like that. The hard part is getting your color right, but once you do, you will get addicted!

Here in Vegas we have a beauty supply store called Ulta and they carry the Bare Escentuals. Not sure if you have an Ulta where you live, but figured I'd tell you. LOL!

I do have an ulta near me, bout 3 miles away. I've gone in there but mainly get hair stuff. I will check out the Bare Escentuals line there.

Thanks a bunch for the info!!
