huh!! I just finished having three cups of cooked corn pasta from Mrs.leepers..I just read the nutritional value and, it says 200calories per 2oz..is this true..?? does this mean I just ate..>>>> 2400calories for supper..eyyy im lost..but im really full tho...I think Gopher will understand me... :)..my mom just ate 1cup/

I think i over did it..
Is that 2oz Dry weight, Losec? Pasta cooked and pasta dry is two very different things - 2oz dry will give you quite a bit more when its cooked. Also, don't think in terms of cups / oz. One measures weight, the other volume. 2 oz of cheese and 2oz of spinach would not fill the same amout in a measuring cup, if that anology helps any :)

its the oz's cooked..also corn pasta doesn't grow as much..not like the old wheat pasta..lol dang gluten..lol

Mario, The 2 ounces is weight, not volume. 2 ounces cooked might be 1/2 cup or 1 cup, you really need to weigh to be sure. I doubt you had 2400 calories in pasta, but it might have been 1200! :eek:
