Hello, I'm wondering if any of you have tried facial exercises or what they call natural facelift. I especially want to work on getting rid of my incipient double chin. It's one thing I can't stand! I have bought Carole Maggio's book - Facercise, but haven't been using it all that regularly. Just wanted to know if any of you have had any success with exercises for the face. Thanks!

Yes, I have had very good luck with facial exercises. However they need to be done regularly and you will probably not see any results for about 6 weeks. There are pros and cons re: whether or not they help. I think it just depends on exactly what kind you are doing, your age, etc.

Thanks for the reply! That's great to hear that you have had results. What are the cons regarding these exercises? And do you mind my asking which exercises you follow? Have the helped specifically in tightening up your jawline? I wasn't really sure how age made a difference. By the way I'm 31!

The Cure to your problem is a firming cream and you should also try a tool you can get at Target called a facial flex, you just put it in before you go to bed and it works it's magic. Much better than some tedious exercises that you have been doing.
